Hi,

My name is Sigrid Bogaers and I teach aerobics, step-aerobics and bodyshape since 2003. I am a licensed AALO aerobic intructor.
I am also an official licensed Zumba instructor since September 2009.

I am an enthousiasic independant teacher. I am also available during the day and I also give workshops to a group of collaegues or friends for example. I love to teach and let people enjoy and sweat! I am also in for every (Zumba or other aerobic) event!
